In their first year the foals have frequent contact with humans while in the
pasture with their moms. They soon learn to approach humans for lots
of rubs and scratching those itchy places. The humans play yielding games
and pressure games all in soft way for the foals to respond. At
weaning time the foals are across the fence from their moms. They are
started on pellets and confined together is a small area during their meal
time. Then the process begins with getting used to being haltered and
tied. Using natural Horse-Man-Ship methods the foals learn the seven
Parelli games. We are looking for the foals to want to join up with
their humans and look to them for security and leadership. More to
