In the past we have started the Turnout Inspection around 10am and then the participants can drive the cones course.  If time allows they may drive it again.  We have a very informal lunch before the drivers head out for the Country Drive through Mineral Point.  The drive usually takes about one and half hours.
There will be 3 or 4 simple driver's tests at different locations along the drive.
After everyone returns we have a potluck and social time.
